PAYMENT METHODS:

	We accept credit cards and direct bank payments through Pay Pal on-line only We also accept International / Canadian Money Orders, Traveller's Cheques, Certified Cheques or Cash. A one nights deposit is required to hold room(s) Any balance owing for your stay MUST be paid on arrival using exact amount owing please.
Credit Cards and Interact accepted via Pay Pal on-line are quick, easy and safe to process with no Pay Pal service fee to the guest. It is free to join and only takes minutes to apply on-line at https://www.paypal.com/ You may use Pay Pal to pay deposits or full amounts in advance and it also provides a great record of payment for your convenience!

• Check-in 3:00- 8:00 PM / Check out 10:00 A.M. ( unless otherwise arranged )
• Please advise upon booking if anyone in your party has allergies.
• All minors must be accompanied by adults at all times, please advise of children's age(s) upon booking.
• Parents are responsible for child safety issues
• Small trained pets with shots may be accepted if no other guests booked - please ask
• Adult guests are responsible for safety or behaviours of children and / or pets in their party
• Please Note: Riverbend Bed and Breakfast Guesthouse has a cat ( Sage ) and a small dog ( Lucky ) that live upstairs and are not allowed in the guest areas. They are loveable but please do not encourage them unless outside!

PAYMENT POLICIES:

We recognize that plans do change. However please also recognize that we have spent time and money preparing for your stay and may have turned others away in order to accommodate you. Therefore the following Payment and Cancellation Policy will apply:

• First night payment is required in advance and any balance owing is paid immediately on arrival.
  For your convenience, you may select to pay deposit or full-amounts owing in advance on your Credit Card via Pay Pal on-line at https://www.paypal.com
• If notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded in full. Shorter term cancellations may be charged a $30.00 administration fee or one nights stay, at discretion of management.
• No Shows may be charged full-amounts and rooms re-rented if contact is not made.
• We accept payments for amount of actual deposit or balance owing and via stated payment methods ONLY. (Pay Pal, International/Canadian Money Orders, Traveller's Cheques, Certified Cheques or Cash.)

Please Note: If a deposit is not received ahead of the reserved time period via Pay Pal, Traveller's Check or Money Order, rooms may be rented on a first come, first serve basis.
